Our mission is to help you learn about yourself and help you make choices that improve your overall sexual health and wellness.

The information provided by THE PARTITION LTD. does not substitute, or replace medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment by a registered sex therapist, physician or other appropriate licensed professionals. Please consult your registered sex therapist or physician before embarking on this or any other health/wellness program. If there is ever a conflict in the information provided by THE PARTITION LTD. and information from your registered sex therapist/physician or other professional, please follow the advice of your physician/health care professional at Member’s discretion.

Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that THE PARTITION LTD. will share experiences with sexual wellness, techniques and exercises in general including but not limited to: what Impact Play is, what the risks are, topics that partners need to cover, various impact zones on the body, popular impact methods, impact positions, additional Aftercare steps (together “sexual wellness experiences”), and accepts that results may vary, in particular what may have worked for THE PARTITION LTD./DANA SCHLOSSER personally or through experiences and research may not result in the same outcome for the Member.

In consideration of THE PARTITION LTD. agreeing to provide services, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows:

I acknowledges and agrees that the information and comments herein provided by THE PARTITION LTD. are for general information and educational purposes and are not intended as professional advice or opinion to be relied upon in relation to any particular circumstances. The undersigned acknowledges being strongly advised by THE PARTITION LTD. to seek professional advice from a health care practitioner, including a registered sex therapist and/or doctor, before implementing any information or suggestions provided by THE PARTITION LTD.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and I have retained the services of THE PARTITION LTD. for education and information purposes only. These services do not and should not take the place of advice from another licensed professionals, including but not limited to physicians or registered sex therapists. To this end, ultimately it is in the MEMBER’s DECISION on how (s)he, they, implements or chooses to use the information provided by THE PARTITION LTD.

THE PARTITION LTD. or any of its employees, agents or representatives shall not be liable to the undersigned/Member, under any circumstances whatsoever. The Member personally voluntarily assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the information received and exercises performed. To this end, the MEMBER, hereby IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that they have or may in the future have against THE PARTITION LTD., its employees, agents, representatives, directors/officers, AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASES THEM ALL from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense, illness or injury, including death, that the MEMBER may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY ON THE PART OF THE PARTITION LTD. or in respect of the provision of or the failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance. In the event a full release is not permitted to be enforceable or invalid, it is agreed THE PARTITION LTD., its employees, agents, representatives, and/or directors/officers, shall not be liable for a total combined amount in excess of the fee charged for the services (full refund).

Throughout the relationship, the undersigned may provide some personal information to THE PARTITION LTD. It is agreed and understood that all non-public information collected by THE PARTITION LTD. shall remain confidential and stored digitally/physically and will not be intentionally shared with any third party, without the express written consent of the undersigned. However, this information may be shared in the event of legal proceedings, court orders or with THE PARTITION LTD.’s professional advisors. The undersigned assumes the risk that the information can be intercepted via email transfer or stolen whilst in digital/physical storage or during transfer, and the undersigned expressly releases and holds THE PARTITION LTD. harmless for any losses that may arise from the breach of privacy.

The undersigned expressly accepts all risks and issues that may result from the use of the information provided by THE PARTITION LTD. and more importantly releases THE PARTITION LTD. from any, and all liability that may arise as a result of their dealings and fully accepts personal liability.

If any provision in this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
